Does anyone else hear the chorus of angels singing? No? Just me?
Rim and Mari hatch a plan to win over her mother. Mari has far less
confidence than Rim - he didn't hear what Mom said after he left, last
time. Lots and lots of ranting about 'pretty hair fancy boys', yes, but
even more about crazy-ass mothers, revenge, and how hard it might or
might not be for Mari to borrow one of the studio swords.

Hey, your mom's gotta do what she's gotta do, right? No one likes my mom. Not even me!
Then again... three days of mourning? What a drag! Mari agrees.
Back to trying to calm her mom down.

The April 23rd episode of KBS 2TV's "Unkind Women" showed a scene where Lee Roo-oh (Song Jae-rim) was congratulating Jeong Ma-ri (Lee Ha-na).
On this day, he went to Jeong Ma-ri when he heard she was hired as a research professor. Lee Roo-oh took her to a quiet spot out of blue and gave her a sweet kiss.
Although Jeong Ma-ri didn't feel bad about it at all, she was grumbling for no reason. Lee Roo-oh said, "It was a gift to congratulate your achievement" and "You can give me a kiss now" and then he pointed his cheek.
Jeong Ma-ri was at a loss what to do, being embarrassed with the whole situation. Lee Roo-oh again kissed Jeong Ma-ri again sweetly.
